組合鋰電池基本常識
近年來,隨著(zhu)科學技(ji)術的(de)(de)(de)不(bu)斷進(jin)步,各(ge)種高(gao)科技(ji)的(de)(de)(de)用(yong)(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)具如雨后春筍般的(de)(de)(de)不(bu)斷涌現,電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)不(bu)可避免(mian)地成為這些(xie)產品中的(de)(de)(de)一個核心備件,如手(shou)機、無繩(sheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)話、手(shou)提(ti)電(dian)(dian)(dian)腦(nao)、小型攝像機等。鋰電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)在這些(xie)用(yong)(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)具申都是成組(zu)使用(yong)(yong)(yong),所以(yi)組(zu)合電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)的(de)(de)(de)基本常識對我(wo)們業務員、跟單員及工(gong)程技(ji)術人員是必(bi)須了解并(bing)掌握的(de)(de)(de)。
1、組合(he)電池(chi)對單(dan)粒電池(chi)的要求
主(zhu)要(yao)要(yao)求容(rong)(rong)量均勻、內阻(zu)一致放電(dian)平臺一致。若一組(zu)電(dian)池容(rong)(rong)量不(bu)(bu)均勻、內阻(zu)不(bu)(bu)一致,會(hui)因為容(rong)(rong)量較(jiao)低或內阻(zu)較(jiao)大的電(dian)池提前(qian)失效,造成整組(zu)電(dian)池失效。
一般采用串聯(lian)(lian)組合,但由于客(ke)戶(hu)的要求可能出(chu)現(xian)并(bing)聯(lian)(lian)或混聯(lian)(lian)(串并(bing)聯(lian)(lian)同時使用)。一般我們不提倡并(bing)聯(lian)(lian)和混聯(lian)(lian),因為由于電(dian)(dian)池(chi)容(rong)量(liang)、內阻的差異,容(rong)易出(chu)現(xian)充電(dian)(dian)時電(dian)(dian)流分配不均勻(yun),造(zao)成電(dian)(dian)池(chi)過充或充電(dian)(dian)不足;放電(dian)(dian)時,并(bing)聯(lian)(lian)電(dian)(dian)路(lu)中形成內循環,造(zao)成電(dian)(dian)池(chi)過早失效。
2,串聯組合:
電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)之(zhi)間(jian)的(de)正負極(ji)**尾(wei)相連(lian),容量為單粒(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)標(biao)(biao)稱容量,標(biao)(biao)稱電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓為單粒(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)的(de)標(biao)(biao)稱電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓乘(cheng)以串聯只數(V=Vcell*N, V---電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)組的(de)標(biao)(biao)稱電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓,Vcell---單粒(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)標(biao)(biao)稱電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓,N---電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)只數)。
3,并聯組合:
電(dian)(dian)池之間正極(ji)與(yu)正極(ji)連接,負極(ji)與(yu)負極(ji)連接。標稱電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)為(wei)(wei)(wei)單粒鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)池的標稱電(dian)(dian)壓(ya),標稱容量為(wei)(wei)(wei)單粒電(dian)(dian)池的標稱容量乘以并聯電(dian)(dian)池數(C=Ccell*N,C---組(zu)合(he)電(dian)(dian)池的標稱容量,Ccell為(wei)(wei)(wei)單粒電(dian)(dian)池的標稱容量,N為(wei)(wei)(wei)并聯電(dian)(dian)池只數)。
4,混聯組合
混聯組合是指該組合中同時出現串聯組合和并(bing)聯組合,一(yi)般為(wei)先(xian)串后并(bing)和先(xian)并(bing)后串兩種。
先串后并組合:
要求(qiu)各串聯組合(he)中的電池只數、型號、容量內阻必(bi)須一致。
該組合電池的:
標(biao)稱電壓為單粒電池(chi)的標(biao)稱電壓乘以(yi)串聯組(zu)合(he)中電池(chi)的只數;
標稱容量為單粒(li)電(dian)池(chi)的標稱容量乘以該組合中并(bing)聯的組數(shu)。
先并后串組合:
要(yao)求各并(bing)聯組合中(zhong)的電池只(zhi)數、型號、容量、內阻一致(zhi)。
該組合電池的:
標稱電(dian)壓為單粒電(dian)池的標稱電(dian)壓乘以串聯(lian)的組數;
標稱容量為單粒電池的標稱容量乘以并聯(lian)組合申并聯(lian)電池的只數。
